Software Hands-on sessions are for participatory activities. In order to help us fully understand the interactive portion of your Hands-on session, please describe what the participants in your session will be doing on the supplied computers.

SPECIAL NEEDS

A projector and screen will be provided in all rooms. The presenter must provide all other required equipment. Please note other special requirements necessary for this presentation such as additional power outlets, extra tables, etc.

It is the goal of the MECA Board to provide quality presentations during every session of the conference; therefore, we need the flexibility to schedule presentations as needed. However, we do know that some presenters may only plan to attend one day of the conference or may have other valid limitations.
