| The MECA Board is pleased to provide 5 computer labs for hands-on sessions and additional time slots for these conference favorites. All meeting rooms will have Internet access and digital projection. Software requirements are to be submitted with the presenter’s proposal.
Hands-on labs provide attendees the opportunity to learn new software, applications, etc. in a true hands-on fashion. Please make sure that if you are planning a hands-on session that you have enough material and activities for 120 minutes of interactive, hands-on learning. Each registrant will be given the opportunity to schedule no more than two (2) sessions in advance, thereby making these opportunities available to more of the members. Because of the increased number of sessions to be offered, it may be necessary for some presentations to be made more than once. The choice for the number of times the presentation may be made is part of the proposal form. |
